PROJECT: Brand refresh, new membership website, marketing materials

Karen reached out about her need for a website in 2021. She had been teaching pilates classes for years, but like many small business owners, the pandemic really changed the needs of her business.

Based on feedback from a client survey, we were able to pinpoint the need for a membership site where her clients could log in and access video training from their own homes. This would also be where clients would find the times and links for live classes and securely pay for subscription memberships or one-time classes. I was able to help her upload and organize her video content as well as create a less manual process for emailing her clients.
