PROJECT: Brand refresh, updated eCommerce website, merch, marketing materials, packaging, cookie illustrations, etc.

Sheila reached out in 2021 after finding my illustrations on instagram to ask about a brand refresh. She wanted to keep the company’s existing logo which is always a challenge, but I was ready for it! Existing elements included the red oven logo with cookies inside, a black and white repeat pattern with baking elements, and their iconic mint colored - polkadot cookie cart.

We wanted to inject Sheila’s fun personality into the brand elements, so I color picked the oven, cookies, and cart to come up with the bright, sprinkle - inspired color palette. By using the baking elements from the existing pattern, I layered in our new brand colors to essentially color in the line drawings for use elsewhere.

Our first round of projects included a new t-shirt design for the crew, packaging and labels for all the delicious cookies, a mural design, and an updated website. While we used the bones of the previous site, I was able to incorporate the refreshed branding elements and simplify the pages to create a more practical interface for the user.

In 2023 we just wrapped up another round of projects which included some new menu designs, business cards, and a loyalty keychain design. It is always a pleasure to work with Sheila, and if you are ever in Massachusetts, go grab some cookies before they sell out!
